Shower silicone (caulk) mold is common because moisture gets trapped around the edges. The fastest method depends on whether the mold is surface-level or has grown inside the silicone.

Method 1: Bleach Treatment (Quick for Surface Mold)

You need:

• Bleach
• Water
• Paper towels or cotton strips
• Gloves
• Ventilation

Steps:

1. Open a window or turn on the bathroom fan.
2. Mix 1 part bleach with 10 parts water.
3. Soak paper towels/cotton strips in the solution.
4. Press them directly onto the moldy silicone.
5. Leave for 30–60 minutes.
6. Remove and scrub gently with an old toothbrush.
7. Rinse and dry the area.

Method 2: Hydrogen Peroxide (Alternative)
